AutoCAD / ArchaeoCAD / Auto LISP

This seminar is aimed at advanced or professional system users who wish to extend ArchaeoCAD and add their own functions.

It is a well known fact that AutoCAD is a market-leader amongst CAD software packages precisely because it's program structure is so open. This allows users to develop their own tailor-made applications by using the functions and libraries contained within the program. ArchaeoCAD is a corresponding application that we have been continuously improving and updating for over a decade. The program now contains an extensive library of functions, thanks to this long period of development. During the seminar, the various functions and program sections will be explained separately by the ArchaeoCAD programmer, Jack Quick.

ArchaeoCAD can be customised for each individual user in many various ways. This will be practiced during the seminar by creating custom pulldown menus, tool boxes or extended symbol libraries etc. Users can also create and incorporate their own AutoLISP routines into the system.
