Industrial Facilities

The 3D recordings produced by laser scanners are extremely detailed and accurate. They can provide all the necessary 3D planning information required by the industrial facilities and facility management sector. We employ a highly accurate, mid-range scanner with an integrated high-resolution digital camera (Riegl Z360). This combination enables us to colour the 3D point clouds using the associated photographic information and thereby to create photo-realistic 3D documentation. Entire manufacturing complexes can be surveyed very rapidly using this method. During data processing, the geometric data of piping systems or machines etc. is extracted and converted into CAD models using specialist software.
